Towards Demo 2 Release

Experiences with Demo 1 release has surfaced some issues, which we will address in the forthcoming "Demo 2 Release".
Here is the the list of changes that are coming in:

• wsrep API releases version 2.0.0, which is now integrated
• Conversion of (write) locking sessions to transactions. There is a system variable: wsrep_convert_LOCK_to_trx to enable/disable this conversion
• Retrying of aborted autocommit queries. If autocommit query is aborted due to cluster wide conflict, it is safe to retry the query right away. New system variable: wsrep_retry_autocommit to enable/disable this feature.
• Automatic management of auto increment configuration. Cluster will now adjust "increment" and "offset" variables in each node to avoid conflicts in INSERTs. Change in cluster configuration will trigger autoincrement configuration to happen anew.
• Bug fixes. Yes, indeed some bugs were found, despite all that pesticide we spray in the air.

We are now quite close to code complete with Demo 2, possibly only one major commit to happen. We will still go through a series of tests before we can mark the release point in history with Demo 2 buoy.
