This patch for dbt2-0.40:

fixes MySQL stored procedures code (see this).
fixes new_order table index definition (see this).
fixes scripts - like you can now specify host and port using MySQL options.
adds 'cluster' mode option to turn off attempts at statistics collection on localhost.
fixes hardcoded limitations on MySQL parameter lengths.
adds a progress bar to show the progress of benchmark.
